Our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program is a unique way for our customers to partner with the farm and invest in our upcoming growing season. Members purchase a CSA share at the beginning of the season and provide us with the capital to run the farm before the fields begin to produce. The return on your investment is a share in the food that we grow. This share comes to you as a diverse box of vegetables delivered weekly from May through October.
Our CSA members receive:
♦ One 5/9-bushel box of vegetables (containing 7-10 items) and/or one dozen free-range eggs weekly or every other week throughout the growing season
♦ A weekly newsletter including pictures, stories and news from the field, recipes, and cooking and preservation tips (here are a few sample newsletters: June, July, August, September, October)
♦ Invitations to on-farm events and news about the local food community
♦ The opportunity to purchase other items, like storage and canning vegetables, for delivery with your weekly box
♦ New this year: A free gift for folks who purchase $300 or more!
Other Unique Features:
♦ Members can participate in a market-style pick-up any week when picking up at one of our farmers market locations. Let us know you’ll be coming to the market to get your share, and get the option of substituting whatever produce you want for what is in that week’s share.
♦ We offer a “flex” share if you don’t want to commit to the whole season. Sign up for six weeks of deliveries – you choose which weeks you get a box!
